3. Photo Use

I respect your privacy and will never share your photos without your explicit permission. While I am grateful when clients allow me to showcase their beautiful images, you are under no obligation to do so. After making your booking, you will receive a client agreement where you can indicate whether you are comfortable with me using your photos for marketing purposes. Should you initially give permission but later change your mind, simply contact me by email, and I will promptly remove your photos from public sharing.

4. Print and Product Orders
If you choose to order prints, albums, or other physical products, your order is processed through a trusted third-party provider. Any shipping or payment information you provide for product orders is entered directly into the provider’s system. I do not access or store this information.

5. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party platforms such as Amazon Pay, Stripe, or PayPal. I do not store your card or bank details.

6. Data Retention
Data required for invoicing, including shipping addresses, is kept for the legally required period (10 years under Italian tax law). Other data (e.g., session details) is kept only as long as needed to deliver your service.

7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. However, information related to invoicing or legal compliance cannot be deleted before the required retention period ends.
